• Action on Elder Abuse
  This project involved a comprehensive review of all aspects of marketing activity. The report recommendations were followed up with an overhaul of the marketing database and acceptance of web site hosting and internet communication proposals.

• Addiction Today (Addiction Recovery Foundation)
  This charity publishes a bi-monthly journal "Addiction Today". They required advice on improving revenue from both circulation and from advertising. The final recommendations included a revamp of their existing web site and this has already resulted in the first subscription sales via secure forms..

• Kinlay Svendsen Ltd
  This specialist search and selection agency needed advice on their internet and e-commerce strategy. They accepted Emanation's proposals and then gave a deadline of 2 weeks for completion. Their new website was completed on time.

• The Mentor Foundation UK
  The major project for this charity was an investigation into the viability and benefits of a takeover of the journal "Addiction Today" (see above). The report included a business and financial plan showing how the publication could be moved from a deficit to surplus over an 18 month timescale.
  A secondary project involved setting up a web site for this charity, advising on web hosting and e-mail and on-going maintenance and statistical reporting of the web site.
